At Hoffman Blacksmithing, we stand by the craftsmanship of our artisanal apparel and accessories; if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our blacksmithing studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
